- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

Step 3: Pack Your Items
- Use the original packaging if possible or secure the items properly to avoid damage during transit.
- Include your order number or return confirmation slip inside the package.

- Ship the items to the provided return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
